Pending Issues



  • Hello, I bought a server yesterday and It is still pending. I put in a ticket yesterday as soon as it happened and have not heard back. So much for 24/7 customer support. I am not getting my money’s worth for I cannot use it due to its pending. Please please help!! I would love to get this fixed as fast as possible or else I would like a refund.

  • @Terminator41000 Thanks! Also, do you know how I could cancel my service if it’s still pending? I don’t see an option for that.



  • @captaincade No problem, If you can’t cancel your service right now, i am 99% certain that your server status will come out of pending before your account is next charged, if you have a recurring server renewal that is.

    If the form telling you how to cancel didn’t work, then it looks like you’re just gonna have to wait, but either way if you do have to wait so long, i’m sure they’d be more than happy to refund you despite it being over the 24 hour limit, seeing as you appealed as soon as you could.
