    Skill Requirements
    Knowledge of Minecraft
    Knowledge of Minecraft Config Files
    Experience reading Minecraft Console Error Logs
    Preference shall be given to those with experience using:
    WHMCS
    GoogleApps
    Slack

    Job Description
    As a GGServers Technical Support Staff you would be responsible for working with clients to troubleshoot Minecraft Console Errors and answer client questions about server hosting. As a staff member you would work directly with clients via our WHMCS Ticket system while following GGServers policies and procedures.
