Where and with whom can i request information from my submitted ticket?
If admins have in the signature “Forums Admin / Please do not DM me ticket #s asking for priority.”

Did you put your ticket under the right category? Also, make sure you don’t reply to the ticket unless they’ve replied to it last or you have extra information to add.
