My service is on hold.
I have been trying to contact GGservers about my service which seems to be on hold, however my tickets aren’t being answered. How long do you want me to wait?? I’ve paid for my product which i can’t use and the time that i could have been using it is being wasted. I want it to be activated within the next 24 hours or i will want a full refund for the service, which i never received. This is not even funny anymore and i’m really fed up with the waiting time for an answer! I hope you’ll fix it as soon as you can.
A ticket usually takes up to three days to be responded to. What also helps to make the process faster is make sure you only have one ticket open and don’t multiple tickets thinking we will come to you faster.
