Regarding Panel Outages
I see a lot of people talking about the panel outages right now. I’ve been told by numerous people to contact support about switching the panel, and that I’d be able to keep my files. Upon asking support, I was told that there’s no way to save the files if the panel is down. However, if you’re willing to re-install the plugins and what not, you can request a new service from support. I was told to tell the people on the forums about this, and I was considering not; But due to the fact that so many people seem to be not knowing what is/isn’t possible, I thought it’d be best to just post this here.
tl;dr - If you’re willing to restart and lose your plugins and files, you’ll be able to contact support for a new service if your panel is down.
