Panel 94 Broken



  • Please Fix it



  • This is day three this panel has been down on my first week here. If that panel has been giving grief for so long as is evident by how many threads there are on it, why have it on the rotation in the first place to put new customers on it?

    This is also day two after I got a one line response to my ticket which did not address the entire reason I opened my ticket in the first place. Rather then pass me my zip file as requested, the response I got was an apology that the panel was down. If the files can’t even be reached by staff until that panel stops acting up, then I’d like to have at least known so I can wait more patiently.

    I opened the ticket for a zip file of my world. That got ignored completely. I got zero acknowledgement towards asking about a zip file at all.
