Server in pending state



  • Hi all,

    Recently subscribed to a service (3 days? Maybe 4 days ago.) that has been in pending with no response to the ticket I raised on Sunday about it. Wondering if someone could link the appropriate way to ask for a refund and/or convince me not to just spend $20 somewhere else to play a simple game of minecraft with friends. Seems like lots of people are having issues right now and I imagine my ticket won’t be answered anytime soon with the probably more pressing stuff they must have going on. In case anyone cared I order one of the smallest plans with standard minecraft for 3 month.

    Current recommendation of this service: inconvenience isn’t with the price.

    Recommendation to the service: automate the easy stuff like this, setting up simple minecraft servers is easy. I could do it myself with an app on my phone to add a new server with a new port in a few days. I don’t because I don’t want to have to leave my comp on all day everyday for my friends.

    The reason your ticket is being delayed is because we have a small team, especially staff that specialise in tickets. We do try to respond to all of the tickets asap, but lots of people post more than one which slows the process down drastically. If you truly would like a refund, here is the Terms of Service. We are very sorry for the inconvenience.



  • Understandable. But the ticket was raised just because of the server being pending, is there a specific reason why the server hasn’t been started/allocated/howeveryouguysworkyourmagic/etc?

    Well I’m just a forums Mod, so I know just as much as you know about the “GGServers Magic”, but sometimes the servers control panel login doesn’t always go through our emails correctly, thus you not getting your NA server. Plus like I said the staff team is small, so lots of errors go by our heads and we can’t stop all of them.
