This is the worst hosting company ever! it has been 3 days until now and I did not get my server yet. The support answered me back telling me my server is active without even reading what is my ticket about! I told them in two tickets I did not receive any information in my email about the Multicraft details, they should give me the temporary password so I can access to me server! right now I will wait another 1000 year until they answer back :)
The multicraft information is the user name you said when ordering the server.
Now you can change the password from the “client login”
- goto “client login”
- click on your server
- under “Go to Multicraft” there is “change password”
That should do it.
I did try to do that before and I did not work! I tried it again after you suggestion and worked. Thank you :D
