  • This is the worst hosting company ever! it has been 3 days until now and I did not get my server yet. The support answered me back telling me my server is active without even reading what is my ticket about! I told them in two tickets I did not receive any information in my email about the Multicraft details, they should give me the temporary password so I can access to me server! right now I will wait another 1000 year until they answer back :)

  • The multicraft information is the user name you said when ordering the server.

    Now you can change the password from the “client login”

    1. goto “client login”
    2. click on your server
    3. under “Go to Multicraft” there is “change password”

    That should do it.
