MultiCraft is down



  • My server and everything is down and I have no way of fixing it. The support team is not responding to my ticket and i’m literally one of two people with this issue. This is unfair and I would like a way to resolve it.



  • Hey I am that other person, my server is down too, I don’t know how to fix it. My server has been down since the morning and i haven’t got a response since.



  • Did your server ever come back up? My downs right now



  • This is the second time node 122 has been down this week. The response I got last time was “We’re working on it”. No response on today’s issue yet, but you can always check which node you’re on when you go to Multicraft (the URL will read https://mc???.ggservers.com where ??? is your node #) and see the node status at https://status.ggservers.com/

    I’m pretty sure I’ll be cancelling and demanding a refund after this. I’d rather pay more for a server that hasn’t had a 33% downtime since I bought it.



  • Node/Panel 94 is like this as well. Almost two days now. No ticket response yet. Pretty sure I’m going to get myself my refund. I paid for it on the 15th of this month, and we got to use it for all of 6 or 7 hours before it went down and has been down ever since.



  • My server is down as well. I get an error 500 message. It has been like that for 3 and a half days. When will they fix it. I sent in a help ticket 2 days ago and no response.
